This site introduces you to a unique new product that supplements existing sprouts. A product distinguished by a high concentration of sulforaphane glucosinolate. This substance is an indirect anti-oxidant which is naturally present in broccoli (and other brassicas such as cauliflower and sprouts).
Broccoli is a very healthy vegetable. A great deal has already been published about this in the past 10 years. But did you know that we just don’t use all those healthy components? After cooking, we throw away the water … and that’s just where all the healthy elements are found!
So: use the cooking water to make a delicious broccoli soup and serve it with a sprig of BroccoCress or BroccoSprouts.
